The Residence of CareSource

CareSource Home Health and Hospice has always been providing loving professional hospice care in patients' homes and in a variety of inpatient settings. As of December 2001, we added another alternative - The Residence of CareSource - Utah's only dedicated inpatient hospice facility. The Residence of CareSource provides a warm and dignified environment for hospice services. Our professional staff delivers pain management, symptom monitoring and control, and psychological and spiritual care in a homelike setting. We work with patients and their families to determine which alternative is right for them. Hospice services can also be provided in the patient's home or in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, or hospitals.
