Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation Center provides a continuum of care that includes professional nursing care, rehabilitative therapy, dementia focused care and support services to residents enabling them to maintain their independence. We are a 146 bed Skilled Nursing Facility designed to meet both short and long-term care needs. Our dedicated, professional and knowledgeable staff is here to meet the needs of each resident, encouraging recovery and independence. Programs are coordinated by the Medical Director and supervised by the Director of Nursing Services. We offer a warm and friendly atmosphere provided by our caring staff to meet your needs.
